greg hess - President & CEO
has been with Caretti, Inc. since 1971 and is involved with every aspect of the business. He is on the National Board of the International Masonry Institute and is involved in development of specialized masonry training programs.

mike mantua - Vice President of Marketing
has been a journeyman bricklayer, estimator and project manager since 1983. He joined Caretti, Inc. in 1997 when they opened the Maryland division. He currently heads the estimating department.
