greg hess - President & CEO
has been with Caretti, Inc. since 1971 and is involved with every aspect of the business. He is on the National Board of the International Masonry Institute and is involved in development of specialized masonry training programs.

perry sanders - Vice President of Construction

joined Caretti, Inc. in 1982 and worked in the field until he was named Vice President of Construction in 1993. In this position, he is the head of general operations with a special emphasis on safety and quality control. He is focused on the logistics of manpower and equipment to achieve efficient and timely completion of each project.

mike mantua - Vice President of Marketing

was a journeyman bricklayer, estimator and project manager since 1983. He joined Caretti, Inc. in 1997 when they opened the Maryland division. He currently heads the estimating department.
