St. Louis Church located in Clarksville, MD, was a sanctuary addition designed to compliment the existing buildings and additions on the site. A combination of Norman brick, Arriscraft stone, pre cast stone, exposed copper flashing, slate window sills and concrete masonry back up created an intriguing design. The intricate cast stone features and the high gable walls with substantial grout and reinforcement requirements presented challenges in how scaffold should be erected.
