An extensive retail and residential community located in the heart of Rockville’s revitalization area designed to replicate the feel of historic Rockville. Each Building resembled traditional row homes with countless combinations of face brick, calcium silicate units, ground face masonry units, split face masonry units, custom color mortars, cast stone copings, sills heads and banding all in varying finishes, styles and colors. Designed elements were carefully selected to compliment the traditional feel of the project and provide unique appearances which resulted in significant challenge for the coordination, scheduling and installation of masonry.
